0:00

So here is a case of lymph angioli mitosis, uh,

0:03

in a woman you can see, so breast tissue anteriorly

0:07

and so, so many cysts.

0:08

Again, when we see this many cysts,

0:10

you should be thinking about lymphangitis mitosis.

0:13

So I'm not quite sure what this is up here, to be honest.

0:16

I've seen things like this before.

0:17

You wonder if this is just a focus of emphysema

0:20

or maybe some complex ated pneumothorax, which is chronic,

0:24

but certainly it doesn't look like there's an acute

0:25

pneumothorax with this many cyst.

0:28

The patients certainly predisposed

0:29

to developing pneumothoraces, but all these cysts,

0:32

and this is diffuse and so highly likely to be

0:36

lymph vent mitosis.

0:38

And indeed this was proven to be Liang mitosis.
