This course exceeded my wildest expectations. After 50+ high-quality, proctored cases, hours of amazing lectures and office hours, and reading dozens of recommended journal articles, I feel very prepared to read cardiac CT at my practice. I loved the cases and the lectures. I will definitely be doing more Fellowship programs in the future.

Why over 1,000 Radiologists have chosen Fellowship Certificate Programs
The program was really very helpful.
"I wanted to thank Dr Yousem, Dr Nickerson and Dr Mukherji for the most motivating and interactive sessions. Very honoured to learn from the best teachers!"
Dr. Allirani Arumugam
Excellent presentation of detailed anatomy and pathology.
"Excellent companion cases. Tricky fellowship cases that highlight how easy it is to miss subtle findings. The missed findings will be the ones that will be remembered the most when it comes to dealing with real patients. Excellent course, as always!"
Dr. Nikolaos Barmpagiannis
This fellowship increased my reporting confidence, speed and accuracy
"MRI Online's Remote Neuroradiology Fellowship was definitely the most useful and productive educational program that I have ever joined. It is a very well organized, all-inclusive teaching package with no external sources needed. Personalized feedback on my reports is invaluable. This fellowship certainly increased my reporting confidence, speed, accuracy and took my day-to-day practice to the next level."

FAQs
The next scheduled cohort runs October 26, 2026 through January 22, 2027. This is a 10-week, SCCT-endorsed program built for physicians who want structured training with faculty support, with the flexibility to work around a clinical schedule.
In the scheduled cohort, each week you'll interpret 5 cardiac CT cases on your own schedule and submit a case report for grading. Most physicians complete the weekly work in a few hours. There are also optional office hours with faculty each week where you can ask questions about each week's cases.
If you're participating in the self-paced cohort, you will have 1 year to work through the 50 cases on your own schedule.
In the scheduled Cardiac CT cohort with case report feedback, cases are reviewed and interpreted using a virtual TeraRecon 3D workstation. Registration includes a personal license, training, and onboarding. Faculty also use TeraRecon during live office hours to walk through case findings. You will have access to TeraRecon for 6 months.
In the self-paced cohort, you will review cases using our Ambra web viewer.
Yes. This is one of the features that sets the scheduled cohort apart from self-paced training. A Level 3 certified Cardiac CT faculty member reviews your reports and provides personalized, detailed feedback on your interpretations.
Yes. The cohort includes a live kickoff session with course directors Dr. Fentanes, Dr. Nagpal, and Dr. O'Gorman, followed by live faculty office hours throughout the program where they review the previous week's cases and cover related topics. Office hour dates for the October cohort are still being finalized and will be posted here once confirmed.
All sessions are recorded, so you can watch them anytime.
Both formats give you access to the same core case library, expert video reviews, and CME credit. The scheduled cohort adds the elements built around live instruction: the TeraRecon workstation, personalized 1:1 report feedback, live faculty office hours, and a set weekly pace with a group of peers.
Self-paced training covers the same subject matter on your own schedule, without the live component, at a lower price point. If you're not sure which fits your goals, our team can help you decide. Email us at medalitysalesrep@medality.com with questions.
Yes. You can claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, and the number of credits varies by program. All courses in the Certificate Program are accredited by ACCME, and you'll receive a CME certificate at the end of training.
Medality is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
You need to complete all required practice cases for your program. In courses with report feedback, you must submit at least 80% of case reports for grading and feedback to earn your certificate.
Yes. All courses in the CT Training Program are ACCME accredited, and you'll receive a CME certificate for all CME earned. Each certificate program also includes a Medality Certificate of Completion, listing your completion date and the subspecialty and modality covered.
