0:00

So once you say capsule, um, con, uh, co contracture,

0:04

it's an abnormal constriction of the fibrous capsule around the breast implant.

0:09

Like if you talk about the encapsulation processes, sometimes the,

0:14

uh, fibrous is too tight and then concentrated this, uh, um,

0:20

implant. It can occur any time after surgery,

0:23

but most commonly within in the, uh, first few months when the,

0:27

our bodies respond to the foreign bodies. Right?

0:31

And the report has showed that it's more frequently observed the wave as smooth

0:37

surface as silicone implant and also Subular implant.

0:43

Uh, this is a clinical diagnosis and, uh,

0:47

lots of time patient and, uh, the surgeon will notice this,

0:52

uh, deformity and, uh,

0:54

it is quite painful and may look inflamed.

0:59

Another thing I would like to point out is zero bleeding.

1:03

Zero bleeding is not in implant rupture and often patient has no symptoms.

1:09

We just found that, um, yes,

1:10

screen mammogram in the all lot of time is in the, uh,

1:16

actually lymph node. So what happened over there is a silicone, uh,

1:20

jail just said Get out of this, uh,

1:24

membrane of the implant membrane and get into the breast

1:28

parenchyma. A lot of times they are transported to the,

1:31

through the lymph infant system to the, uh, implant. So again,

1:37

it's not implant rupture.

1:39

If you saw some as snow storm and ultrasound in the

1:43

aray lymph node,
