0:00

All right, we're nearing the end here. Let's go to case

0:03

14 and let's start

0:06

up here and scroll down.

0:12

And there are a couple of abnormalities here. But what is

0:15

the most significant abnormality?

0:23

And let's open up the polling.

0:28

And see what people thought.

0:30

Okay, where is the most significant abnormality?

0:36

And let's go ahead and close this poll because we're running a little short on time

0:39

now and see what people thought.

0:43

Okay, so some people thought Corning arteries are

0:46

graphs and some people thought cardiac Chambers and you're right.

0:49

I mean the cardiac Chambers the left ventricle the cardiac

0:52

Chambers are enlarged the right atrium the left ventrals

0:55

a little bit thick but the the major abnormality here

0:58

is right here this contrast-filled structure.

1:01

Where is it coming from? Let's follow the right corner artery.

1:04

It's coming off the right science of alsava. It comes

1:07

down and goes right into that and then you can

1:10

see on the other side more of the right coronary arteries. So this

1:13

is a large Corning artery aneurysm. And

1:16

the reason that this is important is that these can develop

1:19

thrombus. They can develop flow related

1:22

promise. They can cause Downstream in

1:25

Forks. They can also rupture if they get large enough

1:28

you can see there's a little bit of calcification along

1:31

the rim of this and if you do

1:34

A sagittal you can see nicely that the right

1:37

corner artery is rising here

1:40

off the order and it gives rice this big

1:43

aneur.

1:43

And you can see the rest of the right corner

1:46

artery coming off of that aneurysm. So these are often

1:49

due to atherosclerotic disease as is this was you can

1:52

also clearly see these in Kawasaki disease

1:55

and and other vascularities but just

1:58

important to to realize and at another

2:01

hospital. This had been missed a couple

2:04

times and it's it's it's it's a little

2:07

bit easy to see why you know, because people may have thought. Oh

2:10

is this part of the right atrium or whatnot but

2:13

this is a large corny artery and Arizona so you

2:16

can see these fairly often

2:19

if you look for them.
