In this lecture, Dr. Richard Barger will explore the fundamentals of MSK ultrasound and review the imaging appearance of commonly encountered MSK conditions. He’ll emphasizes imaging techniques and key findings involving tendons, ligaments, muscles, joints, and soft tissues. With a focus on everyday clinical applications, the presentation offers valuable insight into using ultrasound as a dynamic and effective tool for diagnosing a wide range of musculoskeletal pathologies. 

M. Alejandra Bedoya will present a focused review of the normal and abnormal MRI appearance of pediatric bone marrow, highlighting key developmental patterns and imaging features across different age groups. She’ll walk through how to distinguish normal physiologic marrow changes from infiltrative, infectious, inflammatory, and neoplastic processes using MRI.
