0:00

Hey everyone.

0:02

I'm gonna be doing a quick tutorial on how

0:03

to use our platform to complete the digital breast

0:06

tomosynthesis cases.

0:09

So here we are on the landing page.

0:11

You'll see all the cases here.

0:13

So we'll just start with case one. You can click into it.

0:18

That'll bring up a quick history, followed by a link here

0:22

to open up the dicom.

0:26

Once you're on this page, just click view images,

0:32

which should take you to our peer review reader.

0:36

So to get oriented, all of our images are down here,

0:41

as we would expect those that have a number

0:43

or a OMO sequence with multiple slices.

0:46

These here are a still or composite image.

0:50

So first, just to get your images hung correctly.

0:53

If you like this side by side, you can click this two series

0:58

and hang things according to your preference.

1:01

So here's a bilateral CC view,

1:04

and then to get rid of these images, just click this icon.

1:08

From here, we have a lot of options in our home tab.

1:11

So we can window,

1:16

we can invert, we can get rid

1:21

of our identifiers,

1:25

we can put arrows down, we can measure things,

1:30

we can erase, And we can restore the images back

1:35

to their original form.

1:36

With this button. The markup tab has more detailed

1:42

graphical annotation tools.

1:46

Occasionally, some

1:47

of the cases will have a flipped or inverted image.

1:50

Just go up here to flip or rotate

1:54

and click the rotate button

1:56

or the invert button accordingly.

2:01

Last, I'm gonna show you how to do a tomo.

2:04

So if you wanted to pull up a tomo here

2:07

and scroll through it, just make sure that you go back

2:10

to the home and have the pointer selected,

2:14

which will allow you to scroll through the image.

2:19

Lastly, a few cases will ask you

2:22

where the finding is best visualized and on what frame.

2:26

In order to see that information,

2:28

just make sure you have this identifier,

2:30

demographic toggled, and you can see the frame here.

2:35

So here we are on frame 18.

2:39

Okay, well, that's everything

2:40

you need to know to get started.

2:42

Don't hesitate to send us an email if you have additional

2:44

questions and enjoy the course.
